Shipping & Returns
We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Skinship Online Store. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays). During festive periods, please allow us more time for delivery. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We want you to love your Skinship purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of your purchase. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another Skinship product, refunding or charging the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for the refund/exchange, the item must be resell-able, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and with the same amount of product. Please ensure that all the original labels are attached and the seals (if any) are unbroken. For items that are damaged upon delivery, please check below for more information.
As everything is managed by hand, mix-ups can occur on our part. If you find that you are missing an item or have received a wrong order item, please let us know shortly after receiving your order so that we could rectify it for you as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
If one or more items are damaged upon delivery, please do send us a photo proof of damage. Your photo should include both the damaged items and packaging in your photo! This would help us assess the extent of refund (partial or full) and better our delivery and packaging process to prevent further occurrences. There is no need to ship back the items to us if they are substantially damaged on the way to you.
Skinship holds the rights to reject any refund or exchange requests if they are found to be tampered for personal gains.
